In the brick building is an elevator pit, its walls on the left and on the right are not solid.
The elevator leads into an area with a dark wall and windows that can't be seen by players outside.
Shoot the translocator through the small wall slot on the dark wall.
Take the lift down (left) …
… the hallway leads away from the elevator and turns then to the right. After few steps you will reach a small step.
Here is an alternative route to get to this hallway.
There is false wall on the left side ( use translocator). The elevator at the end of the following hallway leads to…
… a sniper spot.
The high rise building on the left and on the building site has even more sniper spots.
