  Select CHOOSE FROM FAVORITES.

Hit Enter.

Note: Be sure to change OPTIMIZED FOR 28.8 to your connection speed if you are above 56k. Use your left and right arrows to adjust the settings.

*FIND LOCAL SERVERS is for local network games. OPEN allows you to type in a specific server that you know the address of.
     
  The list of favorites gives you a variety of servers to choose from. Once you have selected one, hit Enter.

If one doesn't seem to work for you, try another until you get a screen similar to the one found on the next page, that shows you are now downloading the server's "lobby".
